Can a Calendar feed a child for 365 days?

About 25 million children suffer from starvation and malnutrition in India every year. Though various government initiatives and NGOs are working for the cause of hungry children, their efforts often suffer due to lack of funds. As an organization that continuously strives to make a difference in lives, SPARSH NGO wanted to do something.

We took something mundane, a calendar, and turned it into a vehicle of raising support. The calendar urges the recipient to donate as little as Rs. 1,500 or US$24, towards the cause. Each leaf of the DIY calendar can be made into an envelop into which a cheque can be enclosed and sent.
